Scripture of The Day

Scripture Of The Day

Psalm 121
I lift up my eyes to the hills, where does my help come from?
My help comes from YAH, Maker of the heavens and earth.
He does not allow your foot to be moved;
He who watches over you does not slumber.
See, He who is guarding Yisrael neither slumbers nor sleeps.
YAH is your guard;
YAH is your shade at your right hand.
The sun does not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
YAH guards you from all evil;
He guards your being.
YAH guards your going out and your coming in
Now and forever.

Good morning family, I wanted to share with you this powerful scripture from psalm 121 and pray that it will uplift you and help you to remember where our help comes from in our time of trouble; when we are battling with things spiritually and physically, we must remember that He has always been our help, our power, our strength, and our Almighty Power!

When you are faced with hardships, marital issues, parenting stresses, spiritual attacks, etc; know that YAH ha s not left and never will he.. Remember, it is written " Abide in Me and I will abide in you" , so we must remind ourselves that this walk comes with temptation, but YAH is our help in the midst of our battle; He is our Guard.

Remember, it's always about endurance!

Endurance:
The ability to deal with pain or suffering that continues for a long time.

The quality of continuing for a long time.

The ability to withstand hardship or adversity; especially: the ability to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity.
Synonyms:
abidance, ceaslessness,continuance,continuousness,durability,duration,continuation,persistance,subsistance

Endure, Endure, Endure!!

Shalom family until next time!

Scripture Of The Day

Good morning family and thank you for joining GOVW.
It came to my mind, that I should start discussing about repentance, turning  to YAH, loving one another, and walking according to the fruits of the spirit. Why? Well, the times we live in, the world is getting darker and darker by the minute and it is my duty and others who walk in truth, to call others to repentance.

Wickedness is increasing in the earth and people continue to be apart of the world but, YAH tells us to not be apart of the world or its sins. The scriptures clearly state that we should be set apart; those that believe in the name of Yahoshua the messiah of course.

I pray that those of us in this walk can be an encouragement to others to repent and turn back to the Father YAH before it is too late. Yahoshua said in matthew that we are the light of the world, so I encourage you all who are believers of Yah and Yahoshua to be a light to the nations and to our people, so that they may repent and turn to the Father.

Scripture Of The Day

Mark 6:4-12

And Yahoshua said to them, "A prophet is not unappreciated except in his own country, and among his own relatives, and in his own house."

And He was unable to do any miracle there, except that Hr laid His hands on a few sick ones and healed them.

And He marveled because of their unbelief. And He was going around among the villages, teaching.

And He called the twelve near, and began to send them out two by two, and gave them authority over unclean spirits.

And He instructed them to take none at all for the journey except a staff- no bag,no bread, no copper in their money belts,

but to wear sandals, and not to wear two undergarments.

And He said to them, "whatever you enter into a house, stay there until you leave that place.

And any place that does not receive you or listen to you, when you leave there, shake off the dust under your feet as a witness against them. Truly, I say to you, it shall be more bearable for sedom and amorah in the day of judgement than for that city!"

And they went out and proclaimed that men should repent.

"Repent, For the kingdom of heaven draws near"
-Matthew 3:2

I pray you enjoy your day and continue to let the word of YAH uplift and encourage you!

Shalom

The Law Of Love

Shalom everyone, so Ii wanted to come to you all with a topic that me and my husband were discussing in regards to loving one another. The Father YAH tells us throughout scripture to love Him and love our brothers and sisters and yet we come to a point where some of us have not reached that point. I wanted to share with you the scriptures we went over together as a reminder that we must love one another as YAH instructed us to do.

How can you say you love the Father and you don't love your brother? Anyone who says they love YAH and hate their brother is a liar (1 John 4:20).

You must first establish that you love YAH with all your heart, with all your might, and with all your being before you can learn how to truly love your brother and sister. It starts by Loving YAH and letting Him show you how love works.

Remember a tree is known by it's fruits, so you can't simply say "I love YAH" but your heart has hatred for your fellow brethren. You must repent of your hatred and ask the Father to cleanse you from within of any hatred you may be harboring within yourself. YAH loves us, so it's only fair that we return that love by loving eachother as He has commanded us.

How do you love your brother and sisters?

By telling them the truth
Showing hospitality toward your brother and sister
Making righteous conversation only with each other
Keeping each other encouraged in the Word of  YAH
Praying for one another
Not allowing your brother and sister to stray from the truth

Keep in mind that YAH is watching and we must show Him that we are ready to be used as servants.

Here are some scriptures (including for me) to study and learn from. and you can also find the precepts to each of these scriptures as well

Galations 5:14
For the entire Torah is completed in one word, in this, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Mark 12:28-31
And One of the scribes coming near hearing them reasoning together, knowing that He had answered them well, asked Him, "which is the first command of all?"

And Yahoshua answered him, "The first of all the commands is, "Hear, O Yisrael, YAH our Elohim, ,YAH is one,

And you shall love YAH your Elohim with all your heart , and with all your being, and with all your mind, and with all your strength; this is the first command.

And the second, like it, is this, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself". There is no other command greater than these.

1 Corinthians 13:1-13 (The Greatest Gift)
1If I speak with the tongues of men and of messengers, but do not have love, I have become as sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
2And if I have prophecy, and know all secrets and all knowledge, and if I have all belief, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am none at all.
3And if I give out all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but do not have love, I am not profited at all.
4Love is patient, is kind, love does not envy, love does not boast, is not puffed up,
5does not behave indecently, does not seek its own, is not provoked, reckons not the evil,
6does not rejoice over the unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth,
7it covers all, believes all, expects all, endures all.
8Love never fails. And whether there be prophecies, they shall be inactive; or tongues, they shall cease; or knowledge, it shall be inactive.
9For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
10But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part shall be inactive.
11When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I thought as a child, I reasoned as a child. But when I became a man, I did away with childish matters.
12For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know, as I also have been known.
13And now belief, expectation, and love remain - these three. But the greatest of these is love.

Hebrews 13:1
Let the brotherly love continue.

Romans 13:10
Love does no evil to a neighbor. Therefore, love is completion of the Torah.

1 John 4:8
The one who does not love does not know YAH, For YAH is love.
Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers a multitude of transgressions.

John 14:15
if you love Me, You shall guard My commands.
I hope that this was a blessing to someone reading this post and may the Father continue to guide you in your walk with Him.

Shalom :)

Giving Your All To YAH

Shalom family, it's me Daleyah here and I am here to bring you another topic in regards to giving your all to the most High, but to give your all to Him, you must first learn to surrender.
When we first decide in our hearts to give ourselves over to YAH, that is when we allow Him to come in and change us completely, we let go of our past lives and move forward to where YAH wants us to be.

First, we must ask ourselves, "how do we give ourselves to YAH?"

We must trust and believe (faith) in His word
We must choose Him first
Follow in His footsteps and be set apart from the world
And to do that, you must surrender yourself to be a servant

Surrender:
1) To yield to the possession or power of another
2)To yield or resign in favor of another
3) To give oneself up , as into the power of another, submit or yield
Synonyms:
yield,renounce,waive,cede,abandon,forgo,capitulate,capitulation,relinquishment

Submitting to YAH means you must surrender your all and let Him guide you in all your ways!
Letting go of your pain, fears, worries etc. and let the Power of YAH take over your life because we need Him to take over all the time because what we may think is good may not be good to YAH, so we must not lean on our own understanding, but YAH's only and that plays a part in surrendering.

Submit by letting go and letting YAH be the overseer of your life..

Here are some scriptures to encourage you

Job 11:13-15

13) If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward Him;

14)If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.

15)For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea, thou shalt be steadfast,and shall not fear;

Proverbs 3:5
Trust in YAH with all thine heart, and lean not  unto thine own understanding.

James 4:8
Draw nigh to YAH, and He will draw nigh to you, cleanse your hands , ye sinners, and purify your hearts hearts, ye double minded.

50 Bible Verses For Children

Shalom family! I am so excited to give you these scriptures for your children! it is a good way to help them memorize the word of YAH and to keep their mind on heavenly things and that is exactly what we would like in this world of sin to keep our children and ourselves set apart from the world because remember," though you are in the world, you are not of the world."

I have been using these scriptures with my girls and my oldest loves it, she loves to know what the weekly scripture is and you know a child's mind is like a sponge  so we must make sure they are soaking in the right things.. HalleluYah!

I choose one scripture at a time  and we will go over that one specific scripture weekly and I will go over the meaning of the scripture and have my oldest daughter memorize the scripture..That simple!

another fun way, you can do a flash card game with the scriptures and have your children recite the scriptures or you can choose a scripture and have a little fun children's bible study which is a good way to interact with them and it helps them build confidence especially when they get something right..
I hope this helps you in your household and let me know some of the things you do to teach your children the word of YAH and let me know if this helps you!
 Shalom

I am so excited to get back into the broadcast for prayer, it brings me joy to fellowship in spirit with you and I am happy that we can come together as one to praise the Father.. Remember Where two or more are gathered, YAH is in the midst. HalleluYah!

If you were listening in on the broadcast yesterday, I talked about the word of the week which is "Surrender" and I talked about how we need to let go and wave that white flag saying, we surrender all to YAH  no matter what it may be that we're going through, we must let go and trust in Him and believe that He has His eyes on us at all times and will not cause us to stumble.. In order to change we must be willing to open ourselves up and let YAH in.Ask and you shall receive, Seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you.. HalleluYah!

So the Word of The Week is
Surrender:
To give oneself up into the power of another: yield
Synonyms:
Cede,deliver,give up,lay down,relinquish,render,turn in,turn over,yield

Seek YAH

Good Morning & Welcome back to Garden Of Virtuous Women!

Today , I wanted to share with you some scriptures to keep us all encouraged and on the right path because In these last days we are living in, the enemy has put down traps before us, so we must remain focused on the Most High and seek heavenly things.

How Do we Seek The Most High YAH?

Through His word! His word gives us instruction on how to live, On how our character should be, and teaches us right from wrong, most of all, it prepares us to walk in the spirit when our Savior Yahoshua returns!

Seek YAH

Zephaniah 2:3
"Seek YAH, all you meek ones of the earth, who have done His right-ruling. Seek Righteousness, seek meekness, if so be that you are hidden in the day of the wrath of YAH."

Definition of Meek:

Meek;
Having or showing a quiet and gentle nature: not wanting to fight or argue with other people.

Synonyms;
Demure,down to earth, lowly,humble,modest,unassuming,unpretentious.

Let's Look at the definition of Unassuming.

Unassuming:
Not having or showing a desire to be noticed, praised, etc.

Definition of Demure:
Quiet and polite.
Not attracting or demanding a lot of attention; not showy or flashy.
reserved. modest

So in this walk, we must humble our beings if we want to serve the Most High YAH of Heaven, we must take on a moral character, a character that is fitting in His sight and not on our own, for YAH says, to lean NOT on your own understanding, because what you believe to be righteous may not be righteous to Him.

Remember YAH says this,

Isaiah 55:8
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares YAH.

So we must think on His ways and His only and not our own thoughts, because the thoughts of man are wicked and there is none righteous except YAH,.

Before you begin to seek YAH, you must understand what you must turn away from.

Proverbs 4:27
"Do not turn to the right or the left; turn your foot away from evil."

Proverbs 4:14-15
"Do not enter the path of the wrong, And do not walk in the way of evil-doers.
Avoid it, do not pass by it; Turn away from it and pass on.

We must turn away from evil. That which is not righteous, is wicked..
We must seek YAH's instruction on how we should live. We all know what is Light and what is dark (Good and Evil) and we know what we must do to turn from it. Seek the Most High through His scriptures daily and apply fasting and prayer to your life, so that He may direct your path!

Proverbs 4:26
" Consider the path of your feet, and all your ways are established."

Proverbs 14:2
"He who walks in His straightness, fears YAH, But He whose ways are crooked despises Him."

Words Of Encouragement

Walk in the straight path family, and if you do not know, ask YAH to be your guide, to lead you and to instruct you. Remember, YAH says, His word was meant for our instruction..

Proverbs 4:2
"For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah."

II Timothy 3:16
"All scripture is breathed by Elohim and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness."

Romans 15:4
"For whatever was written before was written for our instruction, that through endurance and encouragement of the scriptures we might have the expectation."

HalleluYah!!

Be blessed family and remain in YAH's precious and Set Apart light!

Shalom
