Last year, I ate soooo much fruit, vegetables and nuts for snacks during the day and then ate one meal a day with meat. I started walking early in the morning for about 45 minutes a day. I felt my best!!!! Then, someone tried to help me lose weight by eating meat. I started eating meat during the day as suggested and then I crashed! I was feeling soo much better before I started eating more meat.
ReplyDeleteWent on a road trip soon after I was doing so well with my eating by staying away from meat, etc. and walking & doing aerobics. On my road trip, it was very difficult trying to stay on course. Not all your friends & family eat the same way as you do!!! They offer foods that are not as healthy. Very difficult!! This forces me to consider getting a trailer with a kitchen so when I do travel, I will prepare my own meals on the road and then meet up with family & friends later. Anyway, back to my point, I need to get back to eating healthy again the way I did last year and have the strength to stay with it, no matter what!!!
I have personally experienced how good you feel by cutting out the breads, meat, sweets and eating more fruit & vegetables. Don't forget to walk! Walking helps to lose weight. I have noticed how much I was looking and feeling sooo much better by eating so much healthier and exercise!!!
I have met and seen people who are physically active, they look sooo much younger than they really are!!!
