Meditate:
To engage in contemplation or reflection
To focus ones thoughts on: reflect on or ponder over

Synonyms :
Chew over, cogitate, consider, contemplate, ponder, study, think

Chew over the most Highs word over and over again until it becomes  apart of you.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according  to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way lrosperous and then thought shalt have good success.
