Shalom sisters, today is Day 5 of the challenge and it brings us towards the end of the challenge, so I have some recipes to share with you all that I hope you enjoy!
This challenge has been very beneficial and it has led me to be consistent with this lifestyle and i pray you all are giving it a chance I guarantee you'll be amazed by the results you will see in a week, so give it a try if you havent.
Here are the recipes for the day!
"Chia Pudding"
All you need to do is combine the following ingredients in a cup or a bowl and let it sit overnight. Its delicious!
"Papaya Boat Salad"
Take an empty papaya for a bowl, fill with spinach,cherry tomatoes, sliced avacado, strawberries, and your favorite dressing top it off and your ready to devour!
"Banana Papaya Smoothie"
You will need a blender for this recipe and just combine the ingredients and you have your delicious smoothie!
