YAH woke me up to the sound of the smoke alarms going off this morning at 6Am, but after that i couldn't get back to sleep lol, so obviously He wanted me to wake up.

This week is all about Renewing your heart and your mind for the most High, so that we can serve Him and do what is pleasing to Him. HalleluYah!

Good Morning sisters and shalom to you all, i hope you had a wonderful nights sleep and your ready to give YAH some praise this morning.

This weeks topic is "Renewing Your Mind & Your Heart", because it is important to leave the past behind you, so that you can be used by YAH, so that you can move forward in your walk and i know sometimes your past seems to try to come back and bite you, but like i said, scriptures say not to be afraid to talk about our sins, because they're in the past now and your walking in the new man, all you have to do is renew him day by day with praise and worship and most of all the word of YAH!

For those of you who have missed the prayer, the link will be posted below so that you can listen to it at your convenience, but remember to give Him some praise and have some personal time to connect with Him.it isnimportant that no matter what you may be going through or how busy you are, you must take that personal time to praise YAH, even in the midst of your troubles.

Garden Of Virtuous Women Live Morning Prayer

Good Morning and shalom to you all, I hope you had a beautiful nights sleep and enjoyed the live morning prayer today, but for those of you who did not get to listen in, i will post the link below so that you can listen at your own convenience. HALLELUYAH!

Father YAH is awesome in all that He does for us and what He does daily and we dont even notice, so thats why it is so important to give YAH praises for His glory, His mercy, His love, His righteousness, His pureness!
We need our Father to guide us and lead us where He wants us to be, so dont give up, but remain steadfast in Him and continue to seek Him with all your heart.

I know we may be going through problems in our home, at work, outside of work, etc, but that is why it is so important to remain seeking YAH, so that there is no place to sin.

Today is about renewing your hearts and minds for the Father and putting old things behind you, so that you can strengthen that new man and seek heavenly things because earthly things pass away, so we must remember to forgive ourselves, so that the most High can forgive us and use us to do His will.

Remember that if we live in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit.

Let us be an example, so that we may lead others to YAH, that is our purpose, so remember that when your feeling down, lay your worries and concerns before the Father and talk to him, tell him how you feel and open up to Him.

You Shall Live Challenge Day 5 Final Day! Yay!

Shalom sisters, today is Day 5 of the challenge and it brings us towards the end of the challenge, so I have some recipes to share with you all that I hope you enjoy!

This challenge has been very beneficial and it has led me to be consistent with this lifestyle and i pray you all are giving it a chance I guarantee you'll be amazed by the results you will see in a week, so give it a try if you havent.

Here are the recipes for the day!

"Chia Pudding"

All you need to do is combine the following ingredients in a cup or a bowl and let it sit overnight. Its delicious!

"Papaya Boat Salad"

Take an empty papaya for a bowl, fill with spinach,cherry tomatoes, sliced avacado, strawberries, and your favorite dressing top it off and your ready to devour!

"Banana Papaya Smoothie"

You will need a blender for this recipe and just combine the ingredients and you have your delicious smoothie!

It has been such a blessing to share this challenge with you all and i hope you enjoy all the recipes from this entire week!

You Shall Live Challenge Day 2

Shalom sisters, it is Day 2 of the "You Shall Live" Challenge and I am so excited to present to you these recipes that I made today and they are delicious, I hope you all are enjoying this challenge as much as me and I hope to hear some testimonies on Shabbat of your experiences

So lets bring on the recipes, shall we?

Sweet Orange Tea

Vegan Nori Wraps

These wraps were delicious and bursting with flavor and so easy to make!

What You Need:

1 Nori Wrap

Chopped Avacado

2 Chopped Green onions

Handful Cherry tomatos

Annie's Goddess dressing

Directions:

Place the wrap on a board or flat surface

Place the sauce of your choice on the wrap

And add the veggies neatly and roll it up!

And your done!

 "Life in a Jar"

Smoothie

"Burger Boat"

What you need:

Bowl of blended mushrooms

Handful of cherry tomatos

2 Romaine Hearts

Cook the mushrooms on low heat with tsp olive oil

Season wih a hint of sea salt

Until brown and lay it on the hearts , top it with tomato and sauce!

What you need for sauce:

1 avacado

Tsp olive oil

Half lemon squeezed

Tsp sea salt

Tsp organic apple cider vinegar

Blend!

And you've got your sauce!

Shalom family, so this is a topic I am excited to discuss with you all and it is Why I am no longer a christian and I know this topic is well over do but, better late then never right?

It was put on my heart to discuss this through audio and I hope it will be an encouragement for you all who are seeking truth, but your still in churches not receiving truth and you want to know why your not growing spiritually and not changing for the better.

The purpose of this post is not to bash christians, but the religion itself, because I know for a fact that there are true women and men of the most High who want to serve Him, but you just ended up in the wrong place, so this discussion is recorded and I hope you all enjoy it and let the most High speak to your heart and guide your steps into His righteous path.

You Shall Live Challenge Day 1

Shalom Beautiful sisters, Today is Day 1 of the "You Shall Live Challenge" and I hope you all are doing well and that you all are participating in this weeks challenge. HalleluYah! 

I will be posting some recipes throughout the week to keep you all inspired and encouraged to keep going!

The first thing I had today was a delicious Passion Tea by Tazo and wanted to share with you my recipe for the tea its amazing!

The next recipe is going to be amazing and I hope you all enjoy it and try for yourselves... For this recipe you will need as follows on the picture and a nice stir fry pan of course to mix your rice and veggies; Keep in mind before I added the jasmine rice, I cooked it in the rice cooker first, chopped the green onion up, rinsed the mushrooms,picked a handful of basil along with some sea salt and rosemary for taste, and add the vegan butter along with the other ingredients to cook and your done. Its Crazy Rice!

Live Morning Prayer

Good morning sisters and shalom to you all! 

I am so glad that YAH woke up this morning and breathing His breath of Life into our bodies!

Today was Live morning prayer and I pray you all can participate and listen in, so for those of you who would like to, it starts @ 7:30Am Monday - Friday Eastern time

I am so happy that you all are supporting this blog and listening in to the broadcasts, It brings joy to me that I can pray every morning, because prayer is so important in our lives it is so important for everyday consistently because you have to understand that this is a spiritual battle that we fight and not a physical one so its very important that we come together and pray, even if you have a moment to set aside time to pray to yourself, just make sure you get in a moment of time with the Most High.

For those of you who don't know, there is a challenge this week,
"You Shall Live" Challenge which will take place March 21st to the 25th with eating all clean foods such as fruits and vegetables (no meat)

You Shall Live Challenge!

Shalom sisters of YAH, I come with exciting news!

So starting March 21st to the 25th, the "You Shall Live" challenge will take place!

The rules of the challenge is, you eat fruits and vegetables for the whole week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so for anyone who would like to join in feel free to share any healthy recipes that you may have.

On this challenge

No breads

No sweets (except fruit)

No artificial juices (organic only)

No proccessed foods

Make sure you read labels on all vegetarian items you may be interested in purchasing

Make sure you drink plenty of water

Herbal teas

Smoothies

Juices (Without sugar)

As we do this together, I would like to hear your experiences throughout this week as I share mine with you all.

Morning Prayer & Scriptures

Shalom sisters and good morning!

Today was morning prayer, so for you beautiful sisters who missed it, i have a direct link so you can listen in at your own time.

I pray you all had a wonderful nights sleep and you had sweet visions of YAH on your mind. I love that scripture in psalms which says " I will meditate on YAH in the night watches".

No matter what we face in life, we shall continue to serve and praise our father YAH, because He gives us what we can handle, so remember that when your going through a rough day, that YAH is always in the midst, so open up your heart and be ready and willing to receive Him whole heartedly!
